This week, I’m thinking about JOY.
Sometimes, when we are caught up in the details of eating right, working out, taking care of ourselves, we start to feel like it is a chore. It may feel tedious, or worse, like it is something we have to do. We forget that making the choices that make us a healthier version of ourselves is something we actually want to do. It is a way to love ourselves, which refuels us so we can keep on loving others. Remember all the reasons you want to get and stay healthy. Make a list ; or remake a list; or revisit your list. Then make sure your actions follow through with those plans. And do it joyfully. Because it is something you want to do.
